All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Bonus Abuse

ck577 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, ck577 may place a temporary hold on the account and any pending withdrawal requests without prior notice. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, all balances including deposits, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited in full.

ck577 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes; at the request of law enforcement or regulatory authorities; or where ck577 determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC checks. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.
